LIKE IT IS RAINING OR NEGATIVE PEOPLE ARE WITH YOU. YOU STILL CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY CONTENT ACCEPTING.
So to collaborate with your mind tell it absolutely what you choose it to believe. I like what I am doing whatever it is FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT ❤️

Think pleasure not pain. By staying with I like this and stay focused on pleasure your mind will give you what you want which is pleasure not pain. The mind wants you to be ok. Stay aware of what you say to yourself.
Choose what is pain and what is pleasure every second. How do you do this. Link pain with pleasure by saying I WANT THIS I WANT THE PAIN IT WILL FREE ME AND MAKE ME WELL. I WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND I COLLABORATE WITH MY MIND AND BRAIN. SO I CREATE A WELL MIND AND BODY. I COLLABORATE WITH MY BRAIN. MIND BODY AMD SOUL.
When your body is in pain the instinct is to pull back from the pain. You need to pull forward projecting onto visualising yourself well and successful.
Put into practice linking pleasure not pain to what you are doing. An example. You were ridiculed at school when you were doing a public speaking role. Everyone laughed. You felt pained or humiliated and so you decide never to do that again or you have a panic attack.
So no choices as the familiar programming takes over and your mind reacts think oh I need to create pain from the familiar thinking.NO THIS is the time to reprogramme your message and words.Public speaking brings me pleasure. Think and collaborate with your mind. Think pleasure not pain.

The brain and the mind respond to two thing.The pictures in your head and the words you say to yourself.So wha are you saying to yourself and what are you picturing? Let’s do an exercise of how this works. Hold out your hand and imagine you have a lemon in your hand. Take it to your mouth open your mouth and take a big bite. What is happening to you now. Even though you do not have a lemon in your hand. You have told your mind and brain you did have and your perception of the lemon created your mouth to produce saliva Yes or No?
Now another exercise. Put out your left hand and move it as far as you can behind your back with a straight arm. Now bring it back. Now tell your mind you are going to move your are again and this time it will go even further. So do this and what is the result?
You can do this with anything because of your collaboration with the mind and brain.
The mind does not mind what you tell it will only hear what you say and accomplish what you are asking.

Your mind loves what is familiar. Now let’s start putting what we know into practice.homework. Watch your mind and see what the dialogue is like with yourself. What are saying what do you believe about yourself and is it familiar? How exciting is this information for you and it is life changing. Are you committed to becoming your amazing new self?
Are you ready to put in the hours of self reflection and are you ready to unlearn and relearn some important new observations and new skills?
